Jason is a Sales & Leasing Consultant at Steet Toyota of Yorkville who started working with us in late 2019! He comes to us with many years of experience in the Auto Industry, and we’re happy to have him on our team! Jason lives locally in New Hartford, NY, and in his spare time, he loves playing golf, boating in Alex Bay, and spending time with his 2 dogs! His favorite Toyota is the #ToyotaCamry XSE. #LetsGoPlaces

And we’re BACK with our monthly staff introductions at Steet Toyota and we’ve got an extra special one this month as it marks our General Manager, Greg Wrate’s 30th YEAR AT THIS STORE!!! When we first purchased the former Hoff Toyota, almost all of the employees stayed on with us for many years, Greg included! 
If you’ve ever been inside our store, you know that Greg runs a tight ship to keep this store running at its’ prime in all departments to always exceed your expectations! Whether its joining the team to help brush snow off the cars after a storm or holding a Monday morning meeting, Greg has been an integral part of Steet Toyota’s success all of these years! 
Greg lives locally in New Hartford with his wife where they raised their children. In his spare time, you’ll find Greg on the golf course or at a Utica Comets Hockey game! His favorite Toyota is the classic Toyota Celica as well as the Toyota Highlander. 
Help us give Greg a great 30th year celebration this year!!

February, 2020 marked our 25th ANNIVERSARY!!
In the photos below, Joe Steet Sr. & Steve Ponte Sr., along with their wives who have helped immensely along the way, accepted the 25 Year Award presented by Toyota’s General Manager, Briana Nelson in Naples, Florida for Toyota’s annual Winter Tri-Dealer’s Association Advertising Meeting! 
But first, we wanted to thank everyone who has gotten us to where we are today! We wouldn’t have been able to be this successful without the support of our customers, new and old, and even more amazing staff over the years! We’re proud to say that we have many “original” staff members that are still with us from the day we purchased this business, and have retired many more from all departments: Office, Service, Parts, and Sales: Lynn, Linda, Ralph, Dewey, Pete, Doug, Don, we miss you all!
We are a true family business in every sense of the word. The Steet kids grew up here, having been 3 and 6 when the store was purchased, and their favorite memories were going to visit their dad at work, type on the typewriters (yes, we used typewriters) and shred papers with the girls in the office.
Many have said it, and we’re happy we’re not the only ones who have felt it, but Steet Toyota has a home-y feel to it. Everyone feels like family, and we strive every day to live up to our motto and make every transaction as easy and enjoyable as possible.
We have truly enjoyed serving our hometown in the Greater Utica Area and Central New York, and are proud to represent the Toyota brand for so long. Do you have a photo with you and your Steet Toyota? As our first ever Coats for Kids Coat Drive comes to an end, we would like to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who took the time and money to donate a coat for our local children in need. As a family owned and operated business, we know the importance of helping our community, and of course families in need. We raised donations for the Utica, NY and Rome, NY Pre-K to 6th grade School Districts. We have been blown away by the generosity of our customers, staff members, family, friends, and anyone who decided to brave walking into a car dealership to donate a coat!! If you haven’t donated yet, there is STILL TIME! We are open until 8pm tonight, coats will be donated starting at 10am tomorrow, Friday, December 6th. Again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you from the Steet & Ponte Families.
